Basic Garage Door Service Call
We warrant for 90 days all labor and parts associated with a typical garage door service call. The work includes balancing, tuning & lubricating, and replacing any needed garage door parts needed to keep a garage door functioning as smoothly as possible.
Replacement Garage Door Opener Service Call
We warrant for 90 days all electronic boards, sensors, bearings, and gears to get an opener motor running smoothly again.
Please note we do not warrant any labor or parts on previously damaged doors or openers. For example, we do not warrant work done on a garage door struck by a vehicle.

DoorLink Manufacturing, Inc. warrants the door sections against defects in material and workmanship due to rust metal perforation in residential single-family, owner-occupied installations for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Window components are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of delivery to the original purchaser.
