Servicing Garage Doors in Thornton since 1991
Lakewood Garage Door has served Thornton homeowners with professional garage door repairs, installations, and opener services since 1991. Thornton began in 1953 when developer Sam Hoffman purchased 400 acres of farmland to create a planned community named after Governor Dan Thornton. The first homes sold for approximately $9,950, with Hollywood actress Jane Russell helping promote the new development. The city incorporated in 1956 and has grown into one of Denver's largest suburbs.
With the typical Thornton home approaching 30 years old, many original construction-grade garage doors and openers are reaching the end of their useful life. Lakewood Garage Door installs high-quality DoorLink garage doors and feature-rich LiftMaster openers for improved security, quiet operation, and curb appeal.
